Detective Comics #532 (1983) CGC 9.8 – Canadian Price Variant

A grinning Joker locomotive bears down on Batman in Detective Comics #532, turning the villain’s theatrical menace into the centrepiece of the cover. It is the sort of unmistakably Joker image that gives a Batman collection visual personality.

This November 1983 DC Comics issue is the Canadian Price Variant, with a 75¢ cover price. Alongside the Joker appearance, it includes a Green Arrow backup story written by Joey Cavalieri with art by Jerome Moore.
