Amazing Spider-Man #1 (2014) CGC 9.8 – Alex Ross 75 Years of Marvel Variant

Spider-Man crouches beneath a radiating web on Alex Ross’s “75 Years of Marvel” variant, surrounded by a dramatic montage of faces and figures. The painted imagery, rich red tones and converging web strands give this edition a distinctive presence for collectors who follow Ross’s cover work.

Published by Marvel Comics in June 2014, this is the first issue of the 2014 Amazing Spider-Man series, not the original 1963 debut. The CGC label identifies the Ross Variant Cover and its “75 Years of Marvel” theme, and credits the cover to Alex Ross and Peraza.
