The Brave and the Bold #29 (1960) CGC 5.5 – Second Justice League Appearance

The Justice League battles a towering golden machine on the cover of The Brave and the Bold #29, with Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Flash, Aquaman and Martian Manhunter drawn into the action. The oversized mechanical hands and lavender background give “Challenge of the Weapons Master!” a distinctive Silver Age science-fiction spectacle.

Published by DC Comics in April–May 1960, this issue features the second appearance of the Justice League of America and the first appearance of Xotar, the Weapons Master, as noted on the CGC label.
