Batman Adventures #13 (1993) CGC 9.8 – Newsstand Edition

Batman and a red-haired woman share a kiss amid curling yellow flames on the cover of Batman Adventures #13. The simplified shapes, expressive figures and dramatic colour contrasts give the image the distinctive animated-style presentation of this Batman series.

Published by DC Comics in October 1993, this copy is identified as the Newsstand Edition on the CGC label, with a barcode on the lower-right front cover. The label credits Kelley Puckett’s story and Mike Parobeck and Rick Burchett’s art.

A character-led display choice for collectors of animated-style Batman comics and newsstand editions. The intimate central scene and surrounding flames offer a different mood from a conventional rooftop or battle cover. The newsstand designation identifies this edition without making an unsupported rarity claim.

Front and back photographs show the actual graded comic and holder, with the front cover first. The matching back photograph features an Acclaim wireless-controller advertisement. Please review both images for this copy’s visible condition and presentation alongside the assigned grade and off-white to white page designation.
